We are available for mobile private parties, birthday parties, fundraisers, business events and much more!! Let us bring the pARTy to YOU!

Currently traveling the greater Hampton Roads area - an additional travel fee may apply if over 20 miles from Gloucester Courthouse. No additional party fees - just the cost of each individual project.

Note - Reservation deposits are to hold your date. Once the minimum number of projects are purchased (6 including host) then the deposit will be refunded. If you choose to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded.

We want to make sure that you get our full attention and energy for your party so we only schedule one party a day. Parties on Fridays start between 5-7pm. On Saturday and Sundays. parties start between 11am and 7pm. If you are looking to have a party Monday-Thursday, please contact us at hammerandstain.glo@gmail.com and we will attempt to accommodate your needs!

As the host/hostess, the only thing you are responsible for is inviting your guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is 7 days prior to your event. Only those who have registered will have a project to work on - so please be sure all of your attendees that wish to participate sign up ahead of time.

You MUST have a minimum of 6 guests {including yourself} register for the event. If you do not get 6 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (7 days prior to event), your event may be cancelled or rescheduled and your projects will be available as a take-home kit.

We will give your party 2.5-3 hours of workshop time on the date and time you have secured. Parties can be held either inside or outside at your desired location. We provide all equipment and materials, you'll just need to provide the space!

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Pick your date from the drop down menu.

2. In the Private Party Time/Location; please indicate your desired start time, location, and if this is for a special occasion!

3. Check Out!

Once you have registered, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive party link.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. We do NOT issue refunds. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund, although you may email us at hammerandstain.glo@gmail.com to make arrangements to pickup your project as a take-home kit. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
